caller display not working on fibre150

Since upgrading to full fibre and connecting phones via grandstream we dont have caller display working.

Hi Billy,

 

Thanks for confirming. Could you try removing the Caller Display service in your My Account and then wait 24hrs and re-add this back in your My Account please.

Hi Chris, sorry I've had other things to do. Yes caller display is showing as active.
