I have (I believe) full fibre with a landline also.
I got a letter dated 31st January stating "the price for your service is changing". And i would have to pay £12 to retain my copper landline, and that I had 4 options;
1. Keep your copper landline
2. Switch to full fibre data only
3. Switch to full fibre with digital voice
4. End your service
I chose option 3 and have heard nothing else since.
In the meantime my contract for broadband was due to end 17th April so this was renewed, and i received an enail to say my broadband was renewed. I hoped it would have confirmed the voip as part of that package.
But so far there has been no correspondence, no emails , no confirmation or timescale about the voip.
Do I need a new router? Has my phone number been retained , when will voip be active etc??

I have checked My Package (recently renewed) , and it is recorded as "Fibre 65 Data Only .." .
I would have expected to see "Full fibre with digital voice " given that I selected Option 3 .
