Phone no longer working

My broadband was upgraded to full fibre this week and since then my house phone hasn’t worked. No dialling tone just a single ‘unavailable’ tone. I’ve reset the

Wi-Fi Hub 2 router a few times but nothing happening. 
Any help would be appreciated.
