Problems with ceasing my broadband line and making it available to another service provide r

I had problems with the talk talk account and switch over to a new service provider . My account with talk was cancelled on 8th July . The new service had not been able to take over and activate my broadband . Talk talk says tge account is cancelled but the new provider says the line has not been ceased and is still live. How do zi get tge line ceased and available for the new service provider . the open reach serial number for the broadband line is

Thank you @Gliwmaeden2 for stepping in. @mikendab, thank you for reaching out to us regarding your broadband service issue. I understand how frustrating it can be when there are complications during a provider switch. After cancelling your services with TalkTalk, did you get any communication that the services had been officially cancelled?

There are no staff on here before Monday, @mikendab.
