Red light on LOS full fibre

Hi,

I'm on full fibre 900 and everything had been working fine for over a year until this morning.

Red light on LOS, no light on PON, Lan and power green. No internet. Router is stating everything is ok but not internet.

Contacted support but they won't do anything as I'm not using an eero router.

Is this normal and is there anything else i can do?

Forcing people to use a single brand of router seems poor service to me. We have an old house and most systems don't work well.

Thanks for any help.

OK thanks. I'll pass this over to our Future Fibre team. I'll let you know when I receive an update or they may contact you directly

Thanks Chris,

Yeah it all looks ok inside (and outside). It was working before and definitely not been touched or moved inside.

Thanks Mikey. Could you just confirm that the cable to the ONT is connected correctly and I'll then ask our Future Fibre team to take a look

Thanks Mike, Could you switch the ONT off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest. If it's then still not working we'll pass it over to our Future Fibre team

Hi Mike,

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

Hi Mike,

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried powering down the ONT and the router and then retested again?

Thanks

Michelle
