Hi I have run a connection test and my line is working fine I have switched the router off for 20 mins yesterday it came back on briefly then the Orange light appeared flashing and has been like this ever since, my husband plugged the line into the test socket and the router still flashed orange and we have no internet, we need this because of the children with their tablets etc especially during the school holidays.
A fault has been logged but it was found to be the setup we have it set up exactly as it has always been all wires where they should be etc
