Here's your additional thread to deal with for the same issue people have posted about, but I have to start a thread of my own for it to be looked at 🤷‍

Static white, then white, orange flashing, static white.

Disconnected router for 30 mins, same light issue.

Reset router, same light issue.

Internet working throughout, diagnostic pages says everything OK, router still flashing, been at least 3 days.

OK, that's good and I am sure you will keep us posted!  🙂

No, I don't even have a landline to plug in and Internet is definitely connected to the new line, a restart seems to have sorted things out this time, I have a steady white light so far, not noticed any flashing, so fingers crossed its resolved!

OK, thanks for that. You don't still have anything connected at your old phone socket, do you?

The connection line, I was upgraded for fiber, image states both lines are connected so speed test can't be conducted. Not that there is any speed as I currently have no Internet.

@Mandie211

"I ask for the first line to be removed when new line was installed," can you clarify what you mean by that?

@sabelo-TT

Please see images, I ask for the first line to be removed when new line was installed, but got told thats not done anymore, but according to your site I can't run tests because of it.

Will try another disconnected to see if it resolves the issue.

@sabelo-TT  This has now escalated to constant red/orange flashing, I've tried to login to the router web page but it's not even loading the login page so unable to check anything on there. Talktalk account states my router is upto date but not showing me the speed test

I've updated my account with info, email I'm registered with is linked to my TT account also. Could really do with an update on this as if it's going to be down into tomorrow I will need to rearrange things for work.

Thank you.

Hi @Mandie211

If the internet connection is staying up: log into the router & check the Connection up-time in the initial dashboard, then it is most likely the current issue affecting some Digital Voice customers:-
