Can anyone assist? I asked the TT online agent if i really needed Super Safe Boost if I had the full Fibre 900 install with EERO router/software etc and he said no. I asked to cancel and this was done and i have now been hit by an avalanche of e-mails from Super Safe saying my service has been terminated/suspended and all my devices are no longer safe. Woops I thought and that the advice given was incorrect. I have subsequently tried to renew Super Safe but can't seem to do so. Any ideas or advice anyone?

Hi Andy, I suspect the agent made the mistake of confusing HomeSafe which you don't need as EERO covers it and SuperSafe which gives each device antivirus and malware protection. They're very different products. If you have another antivirus to install you can ignore the messages, but if not you need one.
