Home safe stopped working

From last week home safe does not work , no matter what you tick is still bypasses , tried full reset , different devices not using vpn , spoke to customer services said itll be fixed next day ,week later still the same . Not mentioning that adding specific websites are not working since last year when reported , but as long as the categories can be fixed this will be great again . Thank you

I am sorry for this, regarding the glitching we have some ongoing issues that we are fixing but as long as you enable the kids safe most of the sites will be restricted and if there are any websites that are not blocked after this we can individually block them on our end or we can assist you to block them on your end.

I don’t know if you read thread, that kids safe works as soon as you turn home work time on , there is a glitch.

I can’t give specific sites .

if this option not available anymore , then it shouldn’t be displayed in settings . Other provider , such as neighbours are managing to provide such option . So I may switch. Thank you

They will need you to suggest specific sites to start with, @Alexlalle.

 

I'll ask them to check whether the general categories option is just not available any more.

 

There's a chance that general categories cast the net too wide - like when Spam filters block genuinely OK emails, thinking they know best.

I can’t think of just one site , when kids surf internet you can’t predict where they’ll end up , that’s why again saying that kids safe categories need to work as that stops every single site under each categorie. Thank you

If you can restrict every dating , gambling website and adult content . That will be great . 
This is why I’m trying to have this option back to work as it restricts all websites in one click . Thank you surely it’s not just me who bring this up .

It’s ok , it’s seems that this won’t be resolved for next few months again like last year . Hopefully they enjoy their time off .

I don't know why staff didn't pick this up again last week, @Alexlalle.

 

And I don't know if they will be on here during the Bank Holiday Monday.
