Hiii last resort here as I cannot get through to a human and the bot is beyond a joke! But for months now I keep trying to set my kid safe strings and all it says is there’s a technical issue we’re trying to fix it! So basically my children can google what they like and go on what they like, this is not on, i had all my settings sorted until I renewed my contract now I can’t do anything! I also like to block the Xbox and certain sites I don’t want my children visiting, I can’t speak to the bot it’s beyond a joke and I can’t find a phone number or anything to actually sort this out and speak to a person can somebody pleeeease help xx

I’ve literally just managed to get on here I don’t know how because everything isn’t going well on my account at all it said I wasn’t authorised after I’d already logged in and tried to put my child security on again with the same message, I don’t even know how to do what Divsec said I’m not computer savvy I literally just want to log in like I used to and sort my settings out like I used to be able to do, is there a phone number I can call to get help please as this is all too technical for me trying to keep logging on here, at one point my account was just flashing so something isn’t right here, thank you so much for any help
EDIT: IMAGE REMOVED for security reasons.

Also have you tried a different browser?
