I have just had the upgrade to full fibre and would like some help with the digital voice app.
Is it still viable, read elsewhere it was being phased out.
If viable how do I get access to it as I need a PIN.

I didn't sign up for fibre, I have been a Talktalk customer for many years and I had my Fibre 65 contract "Upgraded" to Fibre 150 fttp at Talktalk's insistence, though I have to say City Fibre have been to my property twice previously and insisted they couldn't use Openreach trunking for the cable and would have to dig up my garden, that was resolved. In relation to the App and Digital Voice I was under the impression that I would benefit from the use of this, as described in the advertising and technical specs which are still available on the site. Obviously it is there to tempt new customers and not for long standing customers, I am sure EE or BT will welcome me in February with this option and probably a better price.

That sounds about right for Talktalk, over promise and under deliver, in the blurb that was used to "persuade" me to upgrade to fibre was the promise of using the app to answer landline calls which is important to me as my hearing aids are paired to my mobile. Never mind my contract is up in February.

Good morning,
The Digital Voice App is now only available to existing users who have already registered for access to the app. New registrations for new and existing customers are not possible at this time.
