The WiFi connection from our TT router keeps dropping on multiple devices in the home but wired connections seem to be stable. No neigbours, nothing changed in the house, no new wireless devices etc. already changed channels, spoken to cust services that just went through the standard hour long tests but I gave up trying to get through to them.
I requested a replacement router to try and will happily return the old one but they seemed unable to process that request. Is there a dept on here that can do this for me?
ps, I’m an ex Brightsparks engineer dealing with broadband issues for many years so I’m pretty good at fault finding but without being able to try an alternative router I can’t go any further

Happy to say the connections seem much more stable and had no further complaints from the rest of the household. Old router has been returned
