TalkTalk Community Pages Special Mode

The 1" high black horizontal band at the top of each page, with the TalkTalk links, has gone into a special mode again. It displays 1" below the top, splitting pages into two.

Can this be fixed please?

Yes, this occurs on every board, and every topic. I.E. every page.

I really don't understand why you don't see the same.

Have you tried a different browser? If you refresh the page does it go back to normal?
