TalkTalk *IS* throttling my speed to Apple

I am getting download speeds in the KB/s rather than 140MB/s

everything else works well

i've downloaded a LOT in recent days to and from the apple service

it's obvious that talkTalk is profiling my usage (despite what it says in its contract) and is throttling my traffic to that site.

I don't need to do any diagnostics, I'm quite technically minded and the issue is not at my end as everything else is working. It is inconceivable that some of Apple's key services are down (check downdetector to prove this).

TalkTalk throttles connections!
