Hi, I have had no Internet all day and have tried disconnecting and reconnecting but just says connected without internet.

I have serious health issues and one of them is problems with my heart which mean I have a pacemaker and a remote monitor which scans my heart constantly and notifies the emergency services if it triggers an alarm. The cardiology department have just phoned to see if im OK and I've had to explain my internet is down. She said this could be a life and death issue and to contact my provider ASAP.

Could someone please help or advise me on what I need to do as I've never done anything like this before.
