Unable to connect to work VPN

Hi,

 

Hoping somebody can help me as I've spoken to 3 members of technical team over the phone with no success! ☹️

 

I am unable to connect to my work VPN through my home internet connection.

 

I can connect from my parents, grandparents, brothers houses and also from mobile hotspot.

 

I have read several threads where this could be a firmware issue.

 

I am with City Fibre through TalkTalk.

 

Hoping somebody can help!

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

Please can you add the serial number from the back of your router to the Private Notes section of your Community Profile, I can then take a look at the firmware for you.
