Upgrading to 150 plan

Hi
Been on 65 plan for 18 months approx had full fibre installed January 2023 by freedom fibre . contract 65 about to end so upgrade to 150 plan fine eero router on way fine talktalk tell me that openreach engineer booked for installation I thought eero was a plug and go router. Doesn't make sense to me unless I'm missing something got nowhere with technical engineer yesterday my only thought is that talktalk still think it's fibre to the exchange still can't get anywhere

What lights are on the ONT & what does the Eero tell you if you log into it via the app?
