I have an eero6 for my full fibre broadband and have decided to switch my landline to VOIP. Do facilitate this I have been sent a new eero6 and a VOIP adaptor.

My question is...What is the difference between my existing router and the new one. They are both exactly the same model.

In which case there is no difference.

Do you have any areas of your home that have a poor signal? If so you could use this to boost the signal, or to position the phone in a more suitable position.

That's assuming you've not been been asked to return an old router.

Please confirm and staff can advise of you can keep the additional Eero if you wish or have a need for.
