I’m a new customer and have got the new WiFi 6 eero but my Xbox one will not connect even though it shows the WiFi .

Hi

it shows that the WiFi is visible but when I put the password in to connect it comes up with “unable to connect “

What happens when you try to connect the Xbox, do you get an error? Was it working OK with the previous router?
