Eero router not arrived

I am supposed to have my third (hopefully successful) engineer visits to install fibre today, but still haven't got my eero router?

 

Can someone please check on this?

Hello again,

 

My colleague has looked into this for me and identified an issue that has delayed the equipment being sent. They have resolved this for me but advised that it will arrive in up to 3 working days. Apologies for this.

 

Can I just ask, is this an upgrade of an exisiting BB service? Do you currently have a router?
