full fibre 900 working great with my 2 eero routers
However I can't get digital voice adapter to work
All 3 lights are on solid
When I phone my number from a mobile, it sounds like it's ringing
But nothing is coming through on my phone handset
(no dial tone) - it says "check phone line"
Also I tried setting up digital voice app but when I hit "reset password" it didn't send me a reset link
Please help

I have phone, (in name only) TV and Full Fibre broadband.
i am fed up with trying to get this thing to work. The Digital Voice app has never worked. I needed to make a phone call today from the landline and its not working. Reached the end....need to find alternative providers - any suggestions?

OK, apologies for any confusion I have caused!
Another customer has recently been advised by the support team as follows: "The digital Voice app is no longer available to new customers, and the app itself will be phased out in the near future."
The help pages clearly need updating.

@Gliwmaeden2 The latest post was on a separate matter, the app, rather than the DVA, so I have taken the liberty to reinstate it and replied accordingly.

That sounds to me like an issue between the phone & the DV adapter, did you use the small RJ11 to BT socket lead that comes with the adapter?
