We have an open reach appointment for fullfibre with new contract with talktalk. The appointment is for 4 days time but we've received no email telling us the new router has been dispatched. Our old contract is being switched off when open reach has been. Can't contact anyone at talktalk who makes any sense.

All well and good but why do I have no info about when the router is arriving...now has 3 days? Talktalk website doesn't have any info about my account. VERY frustrating.

I have found your account and can confirm that your order was placed on August 22, 2025, with an estimated go-live date of September 12, 2025. The equipment order was also placed on August 22, 2025. For a new line sale, the equipment is typically delivered 24 to 48 hours before the installation date, and in some cases, the engineer may bring the equipment with them.
