since having full fibre installed a week ago our home phone will not allow anyone to ring us just says its not available.
I dont seem to be able to get through to anyone at talktalk its pretty useless all i seem to get is loads of logging in proceedures which i find very frustrating WHY IS THE NO PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN TALK TO SOME ONE !!!! talk about talktalk what a laugh.

Did you request the phone to continue as services are either with or without the phone?
If you ordered the phone it will be via VOIP and depending on the router you have, you either plug the phone into the router directly or you need an adapter you should have been sent
The phone will no longer work plugged in as it was.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
