hi can anybody help been trying to get to talk to somebody about my new router i have no internet they said would send new on saturday i have still not received it *removed* can somebody please help

Please can you add your TalkTalk landline or account number to your Community Profile (I can only see a mobile number) I can then check on this router order for you.
