Facts: •I still have the leaflet from Talktalk, sent to my address, 1advertising their GB internet.
•I already have a cityfibre box, and a 1 GB internet, but I am passively starting to look for better. •I live in a terrace. My next door neighbour's address on Taltalk website has the availability to get 1GB internet.
However, my address cannot. It doesn't make sense. Why it cannot. It should be able. I already have 1 GB internet via cityfibre connection (at different provider).
Because it is with a different provider it may not show on TT. As your current service is via CityFibre you should be able to switch but not guaranteed.
Suggest ringing the Full Fibre team directly and discuss with them.
