Can you just clarify which precise service you have, is it G.fast, or Full Fibre? If the latter and you have it with VoIP then you should have been supplied with the appropriate equipment.

It might be worth trying a full factory and/or pinhole reset before you attempt to connect it again. May I ask why you bought it, as it is essentially the same router to the one you say works fine, save for the VoIP port?
