Hi!
I wish to block calls to premium rate numbers but also need the option to temperarily remove this if needed.
I have looked on here and it states there are 3 types of Bars available, 1 of which is premium rate numbers, but looking on my account under call boosts and options, there is only one option available which is bar calls to mobile numbers.
So, is there any way I can bar calls to premium rate numbers from my landline? Maybe the option has moved elsewhere?

Hi @Philile-TT, Sorry, I thought you meant I would have to contact via phone or online chat as you stated 'You will have to contact us as you have said that there is no option on MyAccount'.
I understand it can take 2-24 hours to de-activate or activate, so yes, please go ahead and activate the calls to premium numbers bar, Thank you. 😊

You will have to contact us as you have said that there is no option on MyAccount. It can take 2-24 hours to de-activate or activate.

Hi @Philile-TT, Yes please, would this also then give me the option to turn it off should I ever need to call a premium number? The option to block calls to International numbers may also be good to have should I ever feel I need it, if at all possible.

Hi there @Cutie1 just want to confirm that you would like me to add the premium bar for you? This bar blocks outgoing calls to premium rate numbers within the UK starting with 09.

@ferguson No the Premium rate bar option is not there at all on mine, thanks for confirming it should still be there. I'll wait and see if the support team pick it up Monday.

I am not altogether surprised, the backend features there seem to have been broken for some time with different customers not seeing all the options.

Hi @ferguson, no the only option I have there for Bar features is to block calls to mobile numbers.
