Corded Phones Won't Ring

I have just switched to Fibre 150 with VOIP. Everything is working fine except that our two corded phones won't ring. Our set up consists of a trple set of BT4600 cordless phones which, since connection to VOIP work exactly as before (i.e. They ring for an incoming call, can be answered and can make calls. We also have two corded phones, a BT Converse and another make. These also can be used for answering and making calls but neither rings when a call comes in. I am sure others must have had similar problems, does anyone know how to get these two to ring please?

Hi @Tinkerer 

 

@amahle-TT has asked me to help you. Exactly how are your corded phones wired? What pins are in use on your internal wiring? You need pins 2 & 5 to be one twisted pair and another wire on pin 3.
