Hi we just joined u and have another issue.
When i or people call us the show withheld on the phone why is this??
Can someone explain why and what needs to be done.

@sabelo-TT, @hosays299 is NOT talking about CALLSAFE.
Caller Display is an entirely different service and simply shows the number calling, just as it would when a call comes in on a mobile phone display.
My mum phoned me yesterday and the service works perfectly fine, showing her number still from yesterday's call. I'm on Fast Broadband, however.
@hosays299, several people have had trouble with it and their VOIP service. Sometimes a service is removed, then reapplied to see if that resolves the issue but it takes a few hours between changing settings to switch these services off and back on.
Any "changes pending" notices need to be cleared by a helpful support agent before any further changes can be made. That's always been an issue with My Account.

With Caller display, it's different. Meaning so, here are some reasons Caller Display might not work:
Withheld numbers - if the caller has withheld their number it won't appear in your display. Try calling from a number you know isn’t withheld to see if this remedies the problem.
Faulty display screens - try using a different phone with a display screen. If Caller Display works on this phone then it’s likely there’s a problem with the first one.
Interference - sometimes faulty equipment or devices can interfere with Caller Display.
Try the following:
If reconnecting a device stops Caller Display from working, that's the one that’s causing the interference. Try not to use it while you use Caller Display.

With regards to the CallSafe removal feature, there are 3 stages of communication:
1st Comms – Important Information about CallSafe was shared on the 14th July.
2nd Comms – Reminder: Important Information about CallSafe will be sent on the 28th July.
3rd Comms – Important: CallSafe has now been removed will be sent on the 28th August.

@hosays299, that's correct as CallSafe will no longer be available to new users starting 9th July 2025. Additionally, the feature will be fully removed from all systems and customer accounts by 31st August 2025. This change is happening because the technology behind CallSafe is reaching its End of Life (EOL), meaning it’s being phased out and will no longer be supported.

Hi I used live chat a was chatting to customers service agents i believe the technical person put me through to them !!
Have a open complaint as then agent seems not to understand me reporting a home phone service issue with caller display.
Hopefully the complaint does it but why should I have to open a complaint to get u to fix a service issue.
Seems ur agents do not know what to do.
I in the end explain it 3 or 4 times. But still not sure they understand it.

Sadly the agent shraddha did not get what i was saying sent me a email on caller display on how to use it. Then asking if i could try another phone but i did not have another phone and the other issue is on my account it shows pending call features why is it showing pending call feautres
@amahle-TT can i ask why the chat live seems not to want to help spent over 30 mins and still no where fast
they seem to give me info i can get from ur website
Why was caller display working then not only been with y a sort time.
They have also asked to disable caller display why as that when i need it working. also asked to try from a number that is not withheld my mobile is not and is the same shows withheld
