Hi we just joined u and have another issue. 

 

When i or people call us the show withheld on the phone why is this??

 

Can someone explain why and what needs to be done.

Hi @hosays299 

 

The new team currently do not have access to the full fibre systems. We are assured that they are undergoing training for this & should be able to deal with it soon.

It's specifically when you have a Full Fibre package, @hosays299.

 

The former team didn't deal so much with this either until the past couple of years.

 

Forum staff won't be on here now for the rest of the evening but you can still reach support by phone  / Chat during the hours mentioned above.

Yes it's ticketed last time I checked as I added any time calls.

 

Does show a error message saying.

 

You currently have changes pending on this account and so we will not allow you to make any further changes at present. As soon as current updates are made, you will be able to make change as normal.

My mobile is not set to withheld. Our 2 contacts are not withheld numbers. 

 

I think it's a switch issue??

 

It was showing the other day. 

 

My mobile calls area code and our number not extra numbers.

 

But we have recently had swap from vm to talktalk and the switch didn't work correctly.

In your MyAccount under:-

 

Manage Your Add-Ons > Manage telephone Add-Ons

 

is Caller Display ticked?

 

When you see "Withheld Number", the caller has chosen to hide their phone number from your landline phone. They often do this by prefixing the number with 141.
