Hi,
My mum is very old and suffering from severe short term memory loss. She's got into the habit
of dialling the talking clock and run up quite a bill last month. I've spoke to talk talk and they said there is nothing they can do. She needs the phone to stay in touch so not a case of just removing the
phone. Any ideas?
