Got an extended callboost discount for 3 months which is now ending and I want to enquire about a renewal of discount but bot can't answer

Any idea who I could speak to

Rang customer services after searching for a tel number( 0345 172 0088 )cos the Bot couldn't help 

Got a 6month extension on half price discount
