Have just renewed my Fibre 65 contract for another 24 months. I have an unlimited calls boost discount of £8 for 24 months that expires on 19 September 2025. As I don't need the unlimited calls boost any more I thought I'd be able to remove it in My Account on the manage telephone add-ons section but it is not showing any telephone information on that page whatsoever.
It would be good to know if come September the unlimited calls boost will be automatically removed completely or is it likely to appear on my bill at current full rate of £16 a month which I definitely don't want to happen!
If anyone can advise as to the best way of removing it I'd be grateful.
