is there a problem with online payments, im trying to pay my bill but there seems to be a problem

@jjohndonaldson and @AgnesJak, if you check back through this thread to my first reply, you'll see that I posted a link which covers all optional ways to pay.

It's more helpful if you start your own topic as staff only respond to the original poster. This helps to avoid any confusion between people's accounts etc and also gives Talktalk a clearer idea of the number of customers affected. 

 

Staff reply during the day Monday to Friday. 

 

The most efficient payment system, other than direct debit, appears to be the automated phone line listed in the article.

Trying to make a payment on-line no area to put in your card details, talk talk need to fix this problem very poor service.

I have reported this problem along with a lot of other people,my last time was one month ago.Nothing has been done and people are still reporting it>as I cannot pay this bill again will you please fix it.

This is @laurso49's thread, @kanya-TT.

 

@laurso49, no need to start a new one.

 

@RoyKR needs to follow up on their own, but in both cases, the relevant information is that Talktalk has been made aware of this issue.

 

I highlighted it three weeks ago as there were several instances in June, and the forum manager sent a chaser when I followed up.

 

I flagged the issue again this morning. Hopefully a resolution is pending, but no further news for now.

Have Paid bill using Automated Payment 0345-172-0040. At end of payment Automated Voice tells me I can set up RECURRING C/Card or Direct Debit payment . RECURRING C/CARD, which I used to use, has not been available since New Accounting Firm took over? Is any body overseeing what is going on at TalkTalk?

Online Link from E-mail Billing to Payment NOT WORKING AGAIN! (LAST 2 MONTHS)

Again Trying to pay via My Account, AND again keep getting RED No Entry sign over payment of £36.60.

Two months to sort problem? Is Talk Talk deliberately trying to get us to miss payment so FINES can be applied?

Usually it's best to pay over the phone when this happens, @laurso49, and yes, it's been a problem in recent weeks.
