Callers Name Withdrawn

All my incoming calls are showing the caller's name Withdrawn. My display should be showing the caller's identity. Can anyone advise how to restore the proper service

Good morning,

I'm sorry for the delay. Does the Caller Display service show as active in your My Account? If it does then could you try removing the Caller Display in your My Account, wait 4 hours and then try adding the Caller Display service again please.
