Hi
trying to disable callsafe from my account but when going to manage callsafe and clicking manage on callsafe status. It sends me to a page displaying
Please can support disable callsafe and remove from my account or advice how to get past this error

Then staff will look into your case and check exactly what features are showing in your My Account.
Also complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings. Complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

Same here. They're going to charge £1/month soon and I'm not keen on it.
Spent 90 mins on the chat, told them the website page wasn't working and finally, after trying to sell me a different contract, they said they had disabled it but it's still there on my account.

All sorted, used a different device and now get the popup to disable callsafe.

Hi there @bearback Please try clearing your browser cookies and cache. Then access your online my account again and follow these steps:
If you think you might want to switch it back on in future, please make note of your Blocked and Approved numbers.
Even with CallSafe off, you can block any unwanted callers using our free Last Caller Barring feature. However, the numbers on your CallSafe Blocked List will not be transferred over to Last Caller Barring, so please make sure you bar them again by dialling 1 4 2 5 8 from your landline.

@bearback, I've removed your final image as it displayed your home phone number and account number for all the world to see!
These should go in Personal Information in the community forum profile area. Go via your avatar, settings etc to complete that. Remember to SAVE CHANGES.
Forum staff will help during the day (Monday to Friday).
