Cancelling Call Safe?

I had an email today about the notification that TalkTalk are going to start charging for this service. I never use the phone, so I tried to disable the Callsafe feature as the instructions on the email. However, there is no option for Callsafe or to disable this feature. Please help?

Also worth taking a look at this area of My Account,  @jazzman3:

Check what is or isn't ticked in there. It's probably worth adding Last Caller Barring [which you wouldn't have been able to use while Callsafe was selected].

I have tried another browser and found a setting for CallSafe. Just looking for advice is it just a matter of turning the CallSafe setting to off and CallSafe will be removed from your account

Please note that there is no way for me to switch it off from my end, try contacting the better value team perhaps they might be able to help. Thanks
