I've clicked the 'switch callsafe on' button in my account and got the green message saying it is active but it is still showing as off?
sorry forgot to say still showing as off after a lot more than several minutes.

Yes and it didn't help, one more thing, I added Anonymous Caller Reject and tested it out this morning from my mobile, I phoned house phone with number with held and it still rang so that doesn't work either, but now I can't remove Anonymous Caller Reject because the box is greyed out on the add ons page so I can't untick it!??

Just tried a different browser and same result, I can't change anything in Blocked or Approved tabs making it totally useless.

Also it has all withheld numbers in the Approved tab, they should be in the Blocked tab but I can't change anything.

@ttuser316 thank you for your kind patience. Yes, CallSafe is showing as off on the system, I can see that you attempted to subscribe back more than once can I ask that you please allow 24 hours. If it is still not showing on your account, we will try to activate it on our end in the next 24 hours.
