Received message giving me options re home phone chose digital connection have tried ringing TalkTalk after 3/4 hour on phone speaking to different staff cut off! Can’t find the option they were talking about

You probably need to speak to the Full Fibre team or say "upgrade my service" or something similar, @Linda82.
