Hello!
I've just received an email telling me I need to either pay £12 a month extra to keep my copper phone line or switch to the Digital Voice service, the switch would seem the better option but I have a few questions.....
How will this work in regards to the current phones I have? Will I be able to use the same phones or are there special phones available for this service which may be a better option?
What about the extra phone I have connected to the same line in the bedroom? Will I still be able to use this one also?
Will all existing add-ons I have such as Caller Display and Unlimited UK Calls Boost still remain?
Simple and easy to understand answers preferred lol. Thanks.

With Digital Voice you can only plug one phone into the router.* Digital sets should still function, but not the plug in type that would use other BT sockets in the house. These sockets won't work any more.
Add ons apply as before - so boosts, yes.
If you don't use the calls boost the phone calls are the same as for ordinary copper line calls, so 24p per minute to 01, 02, 03 and ordinary mobile numbers, @Cutie.
*You might be sent an Eero, in which case you'll also be sent a Digital Voice Adapter for the phone, instead of plugging it into the back of the router
