Digital voice.

in late January I agreed to move to digital voice. As my phone is in one room and my router in another I was told that I would be sent an adapter and cable (Eero??) and I just had to plug in and it was all done. I called TT in mid Feb and was told my new account was set up and an engineer would contact me before Feb 25th to set the phone up. I called at end Feb and was told that I had to wait. It is now March 4th and after waiting hours on the phone or waiting for live chat, I am still none the wiser. If talktalk want me to go digital voice, then they need to tell me how to do it. What can I do??
