Converted to Full Fibre 65 some months ago and suffered from ghost calls every half hour or so.
This was fixed remotely and haven't had any problems until today.
Appears that there was a telephony system upgrade last night and since then the ghost calls are back every hour or so.
Hoping that this can be fixed like last time

I'll move this thread to the home phone section for you, but you won't get a reply from staff before Wednesday.
You could try Chat / phone customer services, but support hours are also more limited than usual over the festive period.
