Had a Grandstream Adapter and EERO router installed - the router works fine but Grandstream Adapter drop out after 24 hours or so. I unplug it plug it back in and work again for 24 hours or so then drops again - this has been going on for months and happens EVERY day. The other two lights on the adapter stay blue it is just the phone indicator that drops. Anyone else experience this issue, know of a solution?

Hi I spoke to the technical team and have reset the router and re-set everything up again and still the issues persists. I am using an EERO router - how do I get a replacement VOIP adapter?

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried resetting the digital voice adapter and set this up again? If the DVA is still intermittently dropping out following this then we can try sending a replacement adapter. Can I just confirm that you are using an eero?
