Hello,
Not sure if this is the right place to ask... We are just upgrading to an eero 500MBit router, which is ready to install, but we need (as per this page Digital Voice Adapter - TalkTalk Help & Support ) a digital voice adaptor (DVA) to connect our landline phone to the router. Would it be possible to send us one?

The TalkTalk support staff on this forum do not currently have access to the Full Fibre systems. Hopefully, this will change in the future. Therefore, you will need to contact the Full Fibre Helpdesk on: 0345 172 0074. By the sounds of it, you should have been provided with the Grandstream Digital Voice Adapter originally, so they should be able to sort this for you.
Their opening hours are Monday-Friday 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday: Closed.
You may not always be able to speak to someone on this number; they may send you a text message instead. If that is the case, the text will contain a link to start an online chat. On that chat, you can insist on speaking to a person, but there may be a delay before you are connected.
