Hello my package have is for my mams home as she has dementia, her memory is incredibly poor and for last two years or so hasn’t had a home phone, anyway as I’ve still paid for the package should I tell Talktalk about the fact there’s isn’t a home phone now, also she’s now in a home in the last state of her life and her dementia
