We have the Call Divert feature enabled on our Home Phone at £3/month.
We do not need this feature any more but this option does not appear in the list accessed via MyAccount any more (as it did when we first enabled it).
How can I cancel this option please?

I have received a system-generated email from TalkTalk Service. Confusingly, the title is 'Your New and Improved Package' but the text box says 'You've removed Call Divert'.
So I think you have done it. I'll check in the next billing cycle.

I see a screen which is mostly the 'same' but slightly different!
It does not include the Calling features-Call Divert line in the list of Services. It was the screen I used to switch on Call Divert in the first place (a few years ago).

Thanks Divsec. Yes, that the route I followed.
Call Divert shows as an Add-on for billing but when you follow the links to Manage telephone add-ons, Call Divert is not a listed add-on feature shown in the list. So it cannot be cancelled there (presumably not available to be added either if you wanted this service).

Hi @jontie are you accessing add ons using this screen? It works for me
