@Kaplan-George, I have just double checked via my investigation and do notice that an Openreach engineer has been assigned to help resolve your issue. You can expect the resolution to take place within 24 to 72 working hours from the day the engineer was assigned. If the engineer needs to do any further checks in your home, they will reach out to you using the mobile number linked to your account. You'll also receive a text message once everything has been successfully resolved. Thank you for your patience 🙂

OK but when they said that "an engineer was on their way" last Friday morning I assumed that they would have got there well before now. 🙂

Hi there, the fault was reported on Friday, and it typically takes 2 to 3 working days for an engineer to resolve the issue. Since today is the third day, please wait until this evening for any updates. There are no new notes on my end, but an engineer may still visit the line exchange today to check the problem. I have checked on your account, there is a fault and a non - appointed Openreach engineer has been booked. So, it will take 2- 3 working days for the engineer to fix the issue on the line exchange, thanks.
