I used to select International Boost a month at a time. I now go to manage boosts and International boost is not listed. I have basically stopped using the landline for outgoing calls and don't have any phone boosts. Is International Boost only available with other phone boosts?

Yes, please try phoning them whenever you get the chance they will also look at that.

OK. I will try phoning. I have spent many an hour being routed around support. Maybe they can also sort out my CallSafe problem.

Most probably by that time it should be sorted however please ring them to advise that there is such happening maybe there is an escalation needed to be raised.

I won't actually need the boost until my vacation next year. It depends if they can add the boost as something I can select later.

Hi there @hughg1 the international max calls boost does not require you to have any other boost active, it can be added individually. There seems to be an issue with adding the boost and since you ae a full fibre customer please call the full fibre support team as the others may also have an issue adding the boost for you. Just one of the many intermittent glitches that seem to occur with the boosts options in My Account these days, @hughg1.
Staff can add or remove a boost for you, or if there's a further issue that cannot be resolved here you'd need to contact Talktalk directly on 03451 720088 or Chat.
