Hi
My phone line packed up mid call. After about 1hr 15mins to another talktalk phone number the line went dead, so ended up hanging up.
Tried to ring back to same number but now just get and engaged tone.
Used the mobile phone to ring the same number of original call and get through OK and chat for a bit.
If i try to ring my land line its engaged still.
I've unplugged the phone from the socket and left it for a while hoping it might reset but having tried to ring it again its still enagaged.
Just want it on the record here that Im not still on the phone after 12 hours and run up a massive phone bill!
Its 11.30pm so obviously can't talk to anyone.
I've just managed to run a proper line test and it seems to of flagged a problem and opened a case.

It didn't find any issues but its still engaged and no dial tone.

OK no worries. I'll try and live chat or ring them in the morning if its still playing up.
