Thanks for your post. We don't provide a telephone handset. Can I just confirm, do you mean a digital voice adapter for the VOIP service?

@henri003, you need to be clearer - do you really mean that you were expecting a physical phone?

Are you having trouble with the landline?

Setting up for VOIP.....?

We are not supplied with a handset for making calls, if that's what you mean?
